Saturday postal delivery eliminated, Boy Scouts still in deliberation, Wall Street remains jittery

A final decision was made regarding Saturday postal delivery being eliminated. The Boy Scouts have still not reached a conclusion after three days of deliberation over the proposal of allowing homosexual leaders. Wall Street and most world markets remained jittery on bad economic news out of Spain and Italy, but Japan's Nikkei index hit its highest level in about five years.
