Environmentalists chant in front of the White House to oppose the construction of the Keystone XL oil pipeline, which would link the world's third largest oil supply the US refineries in the Gulf. The North Korean nuclear test has Washington on alert as analysts say that North Korea is close to being able to hit the US West coast. Wall Street remains steady even after the State of the Union speech.
