President Obama hosts events with small business leaders discussing the fiscal cliff. The strategy hopes to put public pressure on Congress to strike a deal. Republicans did not respond well to the apparent choice to replace Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Private lawsuit against Obamacare, which courts previously refused to hear, is back on.
