Early voting in Ohio, voter ID law denied for Pennsylvania

Voters have already begun casting their ballots in Ohio. An election-reform law is overruled in Pennsylvania, which would have required voters to show a valid ID prior to voting. Also: a California lawsuit seeks to overturn a law prohibiting counselors from helping teens with same-sex struggles.
