Court affirms healthcare law as a legitimate levy of taxes, not under the authority congress claimed - expansive commerce clause powers. Bottom-line: Obamacare stands even as opposition to it simmers. House Majority leader Eric Cantor plans a total repeal, though it won't get past the Senate or the President. Obamacare opponents will continue pressing on the legal front too on religious liberty grounds - Alliance Defense Fund Attorney Steve Aden has two active lawsuits asserting religious conscience objections to the law's abortion provisions.
