Arizona Governor confident the High Court will give a favorable ruling concerning Arizona's tough immigration law, which the Obama administration sued to block, federal judge approves a land swap to settle a lawsuit over a remote site in the Mojave National Preserve, and in business news, U.S. stocks climbed for a second day Wednesday, and the federal reserve left its monetary policy unchanged saying interest rates would stay low through at least 2014.
