GOP business tax cut plan cleared in the House yesterday, but is sure to die in the Senate, pastor of a leading Southern Baptist church in Dallas, who publicly said Mormonism is a non-Christian religion, this week endorsed the presidential candidacy of Mitt Romney, stocks dipped on Thursday, and new claims for unemployment benefits released from the labor department yesterday were higher than expectations.
